Rerise was founded from a shared frustration: a wellness industry full of noise, shortcuts and overpromises - but little that addressed the root cause of energy decline.

One of us trained as a professional athlete. The other advised Fortune 500 healthcare companies. From two different worlds we saw the same pattern: people were burning out, settling for ‘fine’, and relying on supplements that lacked transparency or clinical relevance.

We built Rerise to change that - with evidence-led protocols, biomarker testing, and clinically dosed formulas designed for long-term resilience.
