Terms and Conditions

These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated at rerisehealth.com and any related domains or pages controlled by RERISE, INC. (the “Site”), and any orders you place for products or services through the Site (together, the “Services”).


By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to Core100, or opting into any of our programs (including SMS programs), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.


Use of the Site and purchase of products is intended only for residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old. Nothing in these Terms is legal advice. You should seek independent legal advice if you need it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract.

1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

1.1 The Services are provided by RERISE, INC., a Delaware corporation with its mailing address at:

1.2 These Terms form a binding agreement between you and RERISE, INC. when you:

- Access or use the Site;

- Create an account on the Site;

- Place an order for products or subscriptions; or

- Enroll in any of our programs, including text (SMS) messaging programs.

1.3 You will be asked to confirm your agreement to these Terms at account creation and at checkout through a checkbox or similar mechanism. By clicking to agree and/or by completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.4 These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data, including cookies and similar technologies. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms govern for contractual matters; the Privacy Policy governs for data and privacy matters.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

- “Rerise,” “we,” “us,” “our” means RERISE, INC.

- “You,” “your,” “Customer” means the individual using the Site and/or purchasing Products for personal, non-commercial use. If you place an order on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.

- “Site” means rerisehealth.com and any other websites we control that link to these Terms.

- “Products” means physical goods we offer for sale on the Site, including Core100 supplement kits and refills.

- “Subscription” means any recurring purchase plan for Core100 where fees are charged on a repeating basis (for example, every 90 days or annually).

- “Order” means a request by you to purchase Products and/or Subscriptions submitted through the checkout process on the Site.

- “Biomarker Test” means any lab-based blood or biomarker panel made available as a complimentary gift associated with eligible Core100 Orders, which is fulfilled via third-party providers.

- “Delivery Date” means the date/time the carrier tracking marks the Products as “Delivered” to the shipping address you provided at checkout (carrier timestamp).

- “First-Ever Order” means your first-ever Core100 order per customer and per Household.

- “Household” means the same shipping address or the same payment method (card fingerprint/token). We may also use supporting signals (for example: name, email, device/IP) to prevent repeat Household attempts to use limited guarantees or promotions.

- “Lab Fees” means any charges for biomarker testing services billed through us or a lab partner, including blood draw/phlebotomy, test processing/analysis, and any clinical/administrative services related to the lab order. Any checkout line item labeled as biomarker testing or lab services is a Lab Fee.

- “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

3. Eligibility & Use of the Site

3.1 You may use the Site and place Orders only if:

- You are at least 18 years old;

- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and

- You are located in the United States at the time of purchase and specify a U.S. shipping address.

3.2 The Site is intended primarily for personal, consumer use. Resale or redistribution of Products without our prior written consent is prohibited.

3.3 You agree not to use the Site:

- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;

- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Site;

- To use any automated system, script, bot, scraper, or similar technology to access, monitor, or copy the Site without our prior written consent;

- To attempt to circumvent geographic or state-based restrictions on Products or Biomarker Tests (including restrictions applicable to New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island); or

- In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, interfere with other users’ use of the Site, or undermine the integrity of promotions, guarantees, or subscription offers.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 You may browse the Site and place Orders as a guest. Certain features, including subscription management, may require you to create an account.

4.2 When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.

4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us promptly at support@rerisehealth.com.

4.4 We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your ability to place Orders, if we reasonably suspect:

- Fraud or attempted fraud;

- Chargeback abuse or other payment abuse;

- Violation of these Terms, including prohibited uses;

- Abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff; or

- Other misuse of the Site or Services.

5. Text (SMS) Message Terms

5.1 These SMS terms apply to any program where you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from Rerise, including:

- Marketing and promotional messages about product updates, offers, news, and campaigns;

- Subscription and Order management messages (such as upcoming charge reminders, shipping updates, and links to skip, pause, or cancel); and

- Customer support replies sent by SMS.

5.2 By opting in to receive SMS messages (for example, by checking a box at checkout, on a form, or in your account settings), you:

- Consent to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number you provide, including messages that may be sent using automated technology;

- Confirm that you are the owner of that number or have authority to provide it; and

- Understand that your consent is not a condition of any purchase or participation in any Subscription.

5.3 We may send SMS messages using an automated system or tool. Your consent covers such methods, but nothing in these Terms requires us to use an automatic telephone dialing system, and not all messages will necessarily be sent using such a system.

5.4 Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier resulting from our SMS messages. Check your plan for details.

5.5 You agree to keep your mobile number current. If your number changes or is reassigned, you must update your information or notify us at support@rerisehealth.com to avoid messages being sent to someone else.

5.6 You can opt out of SMS programs at any time:

- For any SMS from us, you may reply STOP to the message to unsubscribe from that program; and/or

- You may email us at support@rerisehealth.com and request removal of your number from specific SMS programs.

We will honor your opt-out request as soon as reasonably practicable. You may receive a final confirmation message.

5.7 For help regarding SMS programs, you may reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@rerisehealth.com.

5.8 SMS messages related to Orders, Subscriptions, or customer support may be treated as part of our service communications. Opting out of these messages may limit our ability to communicate with you about time-sensitive issues related to your Orders or Subscriptions, but you can still reach us via email.

5.9 SMS messaging is provided through third-party platforms or carriers, and delivery is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays, failures, or misdirected messages caused by your carrier, network issues, or provided information.

6. Products, Descriptions & Availability

6.1 We make reasonable efforts to describe and display the Products accurately on the Site, including their features, ingredients, and packaging. However, actual colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing, or supplier changes. These minor variations do not constitute defects.

6.2 All Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue Products, or change specifications at any time.

6.3 Any descriptions of Biomarker Tests, including example markers or ranges, are for informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

7.1 Prices for Products and Subscriptions are shown on the Site in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of sales tax. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

7.2 Standard shipping for eligible Orders is included at no additional cost, unless otherwise stated on the Site. Optional expedited shipping or alternative methods may be offered at checkout and priced based on carrier rates or rules we set.

7.3 We may change prices from time to time. Price changes do not affect Orders for which we have already sent a shipping/dispatch confirmation, but may affect future subscriptions or purchases in accordance with Section 12.

7.4 We may offer discount or promo codes. Unless otherwise stated, such codes:

- Are non-transferable and have no cash value;

- May be subject to specific terms and limitations communicated at or before the time of use; and

- May not be applied retroactively to past Orders.


We reserve the right to limit use of promotions, including restricting stacking of multiple codes, limiting use per customer or Household, and refusing or canceling Orders that appear to exploit promotions abusively (for example, through multiple accounts).

8. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

8.1 To place an Order, you must follow the instructions on the Site. During checkout, you will be able to review and correct any errors before submitting your Order.

8.2 After you submit an Order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This email is a confirmation that we received your Order, not an acceptance of your Order.

8.3 A binding contract between you and Rerise for the purchase of Products is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your Order (or part of it) has been shipped or otherwise dispatched (the “Shipping Confirmation”). The contract applies only to the Products listed in that Shipping Confirmation.

8.4 We may decline or cancel all or part of an Order at any time before Shipping Confirmation, including for reasons such as:

- Product unavailability;

- Pricing or description errors;

- Suspected fraud or payment issues; or

- Violations of applicable laws or these Terms (including state restrictions on Biomarker Tests).

If we cancel an Order after payment has been authorized but before Shipping Confirmation, we will not charge you or we will refund you in full for any amounts already charged for the canceled portion.

9. Payment Terms

9.1 Payment must be authorized using one of the methods made available at checkout. Accepted payment methods typically include major credit and debit cards and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, subject to change over time.

9.2 Payment for an Order will generally be captured when the Order is fulfilled (for example, when products are prepared for shipment or shipped), in accordance with our payment processor’s rules.

9.3 By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that:

- You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and

- The payment details you provide are accurate and complete.

9.4 We may use third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments and Authorize.net) to process payments. Your use of those processors may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

9.5 If payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise fails after we have shipped Products, we may:

- Attempt to re-process the payment;

- Request an alternative payment method; - Restrict or suspend your account; or

- Take steps to recover amounts due, subject to applicable law.

10. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

10.1 We ship Products from third-party fulfillment centers located in the United States using third-party carriers. Available shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, and any associated charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

10.2 Standard delivery for the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 3–7 Business Days from the date of shipment. Any delivery time stated is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

10.3 Delivery will be made to the shipping address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that this address is accurate and accessible.

10.4 Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you when the carrier marks the Products as delivered to your specified address.

10.5 If tracking shows “delivered” but you state that you did not receive the Products, we will review the situation and may request additional information. Remedies (such as replacement or refund) will be determined case by case at our reasonable discretion, taking into account carrier records and any relevant circumstances.

11. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

11.1 Return & Refund Policy Incorporated by Reference**

Our Return & Refund Policy (available at **/return-policy**) is incorporated into these Terms by reference and governs all returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for Products and Orders, including any eligibility rules, time windows, return requirements, shipping/fee treatment, and refund methods described in that policy.

11.1.1 Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be limited or excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections.**

Unless stated otherwise in the Return & Refund Policy, refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the Order. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

12. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

12.1 We offer auto-renewing Subscriptions for Core100, including but not limited to:

- A 90-day Subscription, billed approximately every 90 days; and

- An annual Subscription, billed approximately once per year.

12.2 By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method at the applicable intervals until you cancel.

12.3 You can cancel your Subscription at any time by:

- Using the self-service tools in your online account; or

- Contacting us at support@rerisehealth.com.

12.4 For a cancellation to take effect before the next renewal:

- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled renewal time; and

- Cancellation becomes effective for future charges only. Any Order for which payment has already been captured or shipment begun will be handled under the Return & Refund Policy (as incorporated by reference in Section 11).

12.5 We may change Subscription pricing or terms. If we do:

- We will provide you with advance notice (for example, by email); and

- You will have the right to cancel before the new price or terms take effect. If you do not cancel and continue to use the Subscription after the effective date of the change, you accept the updated price or terms.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content on the Site and in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, names (including “Rerise” and “Core100”), icons, images, videos, audio clips, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Rerise and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.

13.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

13.3 You must not:

- Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content;

- Use our content, trademarks, or trade dress to promote or sell any product or service without our prior written consent;

- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

13.4 Third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, or names that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or as permitted by law.

14. User Content (Reviews, Photos, etc.)

14.1 If you submit any reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”) through the Site, email, social media, or otherwise, you grant Rerise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media, for any lawful business purpose, including marketing and advertising.

14.2 You represent and warrant that:

- You own or control all rights in your User Content;

- Your User Content is accurate and not misleading; and

- Our use of your User Content under this Section will not infringe or violate any third-party rights or laws.

14.3 We may monitor, edit, refuse to post, or remove any User Content that we consider, in our reasonable discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable or in breach of these Terms.

15. Prohibited Uses & Acceptable Use

15.1 In addition to any other restrictions in these Terms, you agree that you will not:

- Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or initiating chargebacks without legitimate basis;

- Create or use multiple accounts to abuse promotions, guarantees (including the 90-Day Confidence Guarantee), or other offers;

- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Products or Biomarker Tests without our prior written consent;

- Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access, monitor, or copy the Site or its content without our prior written consent;

- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any software used in the Site;

- Attempt to circumvent state restrictions on Biomarker Tests or any technical or operational measures that enforce such restrictions;

- Use the Site to send or transmit any harmful code, malware, or similar; or

- Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users.

15.2 We may take action in response to prohibited uses, including cancelling Orders, suspending or terminating accounts, refusing future Orders, and taking legal action where appropriate.

16. Third-Party Services & Links

16.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including but not limited to payment processors, labs, logistics providers, and social media platforms.

16.2 Such third-party sites and services are not owned or controlled by Rerise. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16.3 Where we integrate third-party functionality (for example, payment processing, SMS delivery, or lab ordering), you acknowledge that those services are provided by third parties and that Rerise’s responsibility is limited as described in these Terms.

17. Disclaimers of Warranties

17.1 The Site, Products, Biomarker Tests, and all information provided through the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

17.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including:

- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;

- Any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade.

17.3 Without limiting the generality of the above:

- We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;

- We do not guarantee any particular health, performance, or wellness outcome from using Core100 or any Products; and

- Any information provided with or through the Products or Biomarker Tests is for general informational and wellness purposes only and is not medical advice.

17.4 The Products and Biomarker Tests are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before making any significant changes to your health regimen.

17.5 If you experience any adverse reaction or unexpected effect from using the Products, you should:

- Stop using the Product;

- Consult a qualified healthcare professional; and

- Report the event to us at support@rerisehealth.com.

17.6 Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

18. Limitation of Liability

18.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rerise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

- Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;

- Any damages arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, (b) any delay, interruption, or failure of performance, or (c) any actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including labs and carriers.

18.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

18.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

19. Indemnification

19.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rerise and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

- Your breach of these Terms;

- Your violation of any law or third-party right; or

- Your User Content or misuse of the Site or Products.

19.2 This indemnity is subject to applicable law and does not apply where it would be unfair or unenforceable under consumer protection rules.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

20.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

20.2 You and Rerise agree that the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.

20.3 Nothing in this Section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your state of residence where such rights are mandated by applicable law.

20.4 Before initiating formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact us at support@rerisehealth.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. This is encouraged but not required.

21. Termination

21.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that:

- You have materially breached these Terms;

- You have engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or other unlawful or abusive conduct;

- You have violated our prohibited use rules; or

- Your account has been inactive for a prolonged period and we decide to close dormant accounts as part of routine housekeeping.

21.2 If we terminate your account:

- We will generally fulfill Orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent, unless termination is related to fraud or unlawful activity; and

- Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have already accrued as of the date of termination.

21.3 You may close your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site or contacting us. Closing your account does not cancel any Orders or Subscriptions already processed or charged; those will be handled according to these Terms.

22. Changes to the Terms

22.1 We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our Products, our operations, or other relevant factors.

22.2 When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. The updated Terms will apply from the date they are posted on the Site.

22.3 Your continued use of the Site or Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and Services and, if applicable, cancel your Subscriptions.

22.4 For material changes affecting Subscriptions (such as pricing or key service modifications), we will also provide notice (for example, by email) and give you the opportunity to cancel before changes take effect, as described in Section 12.
