Return policy
1. Summary (Read This First)
- Support: Email support@rerisehealth.com (return authorization required before sending anything back).
- Delivery Date: The date/time carrier tracking marks the package “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout (carrier timestamp).
- 90-Day Confidence Guarantee (Core100 first-ever order only): Request window is Day 91–97 after Delivery Date. First 90-day supply: no return required. Any extra shipment already delivered: return required (sealed) within 7 days of approval to be refunded.
- All other Core100 returns (non-first-time orders + subscription renewals): Request within 7 days of Delivery Date. Pouch seal intact required.
- Damaged/defective/incorrect: Contact within 7 days of Delivery Date with required photos. Replacement or refund after verification.
- Refund scope (unless stated otherwise): Refunds cover product price paid only and exclude tax (except where required by law), Lab Fees, and paid shipping upgrade fees.
- Return shipping (when a return is approved and required): We provide a prepaid label; label cost is deducted from the refund.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. No store credit.
2. 90-Day Confidence Guarantee (First-Ever Core100 Order Only)
Eligibility
This guarantee applies only to your first-ever Core100 order per customer and per household (“First-Ever Order”).
Household definition
“Household” means the same shipping address or the same payment method (card fingerprint/token). We may also use supporting signals (for example: name, email, device/IP) to prevent repeat household attempts.
Claim timing window
You must submit your request between Day 91 and Day 97 after the Delivery Date.
What is refunded
Approved refunds equal the product price paid and exclude:
- Tax (except where required by law)
- Lab Fees (see Section 5)
- Paid shipping upgrade fees
Return requirements under the 90-Day Confidence Guarantee
- Shipment #1 (first 90-day Core100 supply): No return required, even if opened/used.
- Any additional Core100 shipment already delivered (for example, a renewal shipment that arrived before your claim): - Refundable only if returned within 7 days of approval
- Must be returned with pouch seal intact - If not returned sealed within the deadline, that shipment is not refunded
Return shipping for required 90-Day returns
If a return is required and approved, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from your refund.
Annual subscription proration rules (if your First-Ever Order is an Annual Subscription)
If your 90-Day claim is approved:
1) We cancel future shipments #3 and #4.
2) If shipment #2 was delivered, shipment #2 is refunded only if returned sealed within 7 days of approval.
3) If shipment #2 is not returned sealed within the deadline, we refund only the portion of the annual product price attributable to undelivered shipments (#3–#4), excluding tax (except where required by law), Lab Fees, and **paid shipping upgrade fees.
Abuse / enforcement
We may deny requests and/or restrict future orders in cases of abuse, including chargebacks or repeat household attempts to use the 90-Day Confidence Guarantee.
3. Non-First-Time Orders + Subscription Renewals (7-Day Sealed-Pouch Returns)
This section applies to any Core100 order that is not your First-Ever Order, including subscription renewal shipments.
Window
You must request a return within 7 days of the Delivery Date.
Condition required
Core100 is eligible only if the pouch seal is intact.
Return shipping
If a return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct the label cost from your refund.
What is refunded
Refunds equal the **product price paid** and exclude:
- Tax (except where required by law)
- Lab Fees
- Paid shipping upgrade fees (standard shipping is $0 where included)
4. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect (7 Days)
Window
Contact us within 7 days of the Delivery Date.
Required evidence (photos) Include photos of:
1) Shipping label (tracking visible)
2) Outer shipping box (all sides, including damage)
3) Inner packaging/packing materials
4) Product pouches showing the issue (lot/expiration area if possible)
5) If incorrect item: a photo of all items received in one frame
Resolution After verification:
- We provide a replacement at no cost where possible; or
- If replacement is not possible or you decline replacement, we refund the affected item(s) to your original payment method (refund scope remains product price only, excluding tax (except where required by law), Lab Fees, and paid shipping upgrade fees).
Delivered-but-not-received (tracking shows “Delivered”)
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we handle this case-by-case. You must provide:
- Signed non-receipt attestation; and
- Photos of the delivery location (front door/mailbox area/mailroom/locker/concierge area).
We may review carrier tracking details and, where available, support a carrier claim/investigation. Remedies (replacement or refund) are determined case-by-case.
5. Biomarker Gift and Lab Fees (Non-Refundable) + NY/NJ/RI Restrictions
Biomarker Test gift
A complimentary biomarker lab test may be offered as a free gift with eligible Core100 purchases. It is fulfilled and processed by third-party lab partners under their own terms, has no cash value, and is non-refundable in all cases (including if you do not complete the test, the lab order expires, you do not follow instructions, the sample cannot be processed for reasons outside Rerise’s control, or state restrictions prevent activation/use).
Lab Fees (non-refundable)
Lab Fees are non-refundable. “Lab Fees” means any charges for biomarker testing services billed through us or a lab partner, including blood draw/phlebotomy, test processing/analysis, and any clinical/administrative services related to the lab order. Any checkout line item labeled as biomarker testing or lab services is a Lab Fee.
State restrictions (NY/NJ/RI)
Due to state-specific regulatory requirements, the Biomarker Test gift is not available to customers with a shipping address in New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), or Rhode Island (RI). In those states, you may receive physical materials related to the Biomarker Test, but the lab order cannot be activated and no lab results will be provided. The Biomarker Test gift and any Lab Fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancel Before Shipment
You may request cancellation before your order enters fulfillment processing (queued for pick/pack, picked/packed, or otherwise in-process at the warehouse).
- How to request: Email support@rerisehealth.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If we confirm the order has not entered fulfillment: We refund the product price to your original payment method.
- Not refunded: Tax (except where required by law), Lab Fees, and paid shipping upgrade fees.
- If the order has entered fulfillment or shipped: Cancellation is not available and the order is handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
Subscription cancellation to stop future renewals: You can cancel a subscription for future charges under the subscription terms in our Terms & Conditions (including the 24-hour renewal cutoff). Any shipment already in fulfillment is handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
7. Refund Processing Timing + Payment Method
When processing starts
- If a return is required: processing starts when the return is received at our facility and passes inspection (seal intact checklist).
- If no return is required (90-Day Shipment #1): processing starts when the refund is approved.
Timing (no SLA)
Refunds are processed after approval and, when applicable, after returned items are received and inspected. We do not guarantee a specific processing timeframe. Processing times can vary based on volume, inspections, and bank/payment network timing.
Payment method
All refunds are issued only to the original payment method. No store credit.
8. Contact Instructions (How to Request)
Email support@rerisehealth.com and include:
1) Order number
2) Email used at checkout
3) Full name
4) Confirmation of the shipping address on the order
5) Request type: 90-Day Guarantee, 7-Day Return, Damaged/Defective/Incorrect, or Delivered-but-not-received
6) Brief reason category (for example: changed mind, arrived damaged, incorrect item, not received)
Additional required evidence (only when applicable)
- Damaged/defective/incorrect: the photo set listed in Section 4
- Delivered-but-not-received: signed non-receipt attestation + photos of delivery location
Return authorization required
Do not send items back without approval. If a return is approved, we issue a return authorization and, when applicable, a prepaid label. Items sent without authorization may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed.
